our potential upcoming team expansion, we are connecting with
LPNs/, LVNs, who are interested part-time opportunities joining a
growing patient support nurse team. If you meet the below
qualifications, have a quiet home office setting, and inbound
patient call center experience we would like to learn more about
you. This is a remote virtual part-time role. Willingness to cover
multiple time zones via phone/web as needed. As an Amplity Health
employee you will receive a competitive base salary. Position
Summary:Partner with our patient support nurse team. This nurse
team will interact with enrolled patients and caregivers by
telephone, video platforms, email and SMS strictly following the
guidelines of the program. This team does not provide medical
advice nor work clinically within this role.Education, Knowledge,
and Experience
- Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse
- Prior virtual/ telephonic patient support experience a
plus.
- Previous patient nursing experience.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills and technical proficiency with virtual
meeting platforms, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work in all US time zones as needed.This
