Job Title:Loan Operations Team Lead (Loan Servicing)Location:West SaharaWhat you'll do:The Loan Operations Servicing Team Lead is responsible for supervising a small group of Loan Servicing Specialists and Administrators. This position ensures that service level standards are achieved, work is completed accurately and on schedule, and that regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit standards are met. You'll work closely with the Loan Operations Associate Director and/or Loan Servicing Managers to improve operational processes to mitigate identified risk concerns, increase efficiencies, and enhance the functionality and ease of use. You'll support the leadership team in the development or administration of policy and/or procedures.What we are looking for:

• Supervises Loan Servicing Specialists/Administrators in their performance of daily tasks, holding them accountable for qualitative and quantifiable results. Monitors and reports on Service Level Standards performance and other KPIs.
• Coordinates and distributes work between individuals based on active and accurate understanding of their ability and experience, and the team and individual's workload.
• Provides technical support and assistance to Loan Servicing Specialists/Administrators, helping to troubleshoot, and determining how and when to escalate issues. Ensures the Loan Servicing Specialists/Administrators are performing their activities in compliance with bank policies and procedures, and that documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
• Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring; coaching; performance management, training and development.Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of direct, related experience; commercial loan servicing experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS), FCM, and FTM applications
  • Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Previous SBA 7a loan servicing and/or 1502 reporting experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsCompensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $96,054.00 - $124,861.00 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
