(Full-Time, 7 AM to 6 PM, Mon-Thurs) $52,310.96 (Step 1) -
$83,627.02 (Step 20) annually The typical starting range for this
position is between $52,310.96 and $57,741.63 DOE. Opening Date

property taxes. Position Summary The Maintenance Worker is
responsible for daily general preventative maintenance, including
electrical, plumbing, carpentry, groundskeeping, painting, and
irrigation repair. The duties listed below illustrate the various

logically associated with this role. Duties and Responsibilities

functions described below, with or without reasonable
accommodation. - Conducts trash pickup. - Prepares vacant units,
paints, and conducts drywall repair. - Conduct filter changes,
annual fire extinguisher replacement, and pest control. - Conducts
annual inventory. - Install doors, cabinets, countertops, light
fixtures, flooring, irrigation valves, toilets, appliances, lock
changes, and critical control. - Receives deliveries. - Prepares
supply orders. - Conducts posting of notices and flyers. - Manages
inventory of parts. - Respond to emergency calls during and after
working hours, including on-call as assigned. - Perform other
job-related tasks and duties as assigned. This position is eligible
for participation in the collective bargaining unit (SEIU), which
represents certain Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority
employees. Minimum Qualifications Minimum qualifications are
designed to identify applicants most likely to be successful in the
role. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee an

possess the following: Education, training, and work experience: -
A high school diploma or GED equivalent. - Two (2) years of
building and/or residential maintenance experience. Licenses and
Certifications: - A Valid Nevada state-issued Driver’s license that
is insurable under SNRHA’s policy is required at the time of
