food with our guests.THE JOB:As a Cook, you will be responsible for
setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by using your
culinary techniques. You'll provide high-quality food to guests
from all over the world. In your role, you will partner with
front-of-house staff to create WOW memories the guests will carry
with them far and beyond their stay with us.THE STARTING RATE:
$24.6173/hrTHE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Possess thorough knowledge of food products and adeptly apply
culinary techniques.
- Recognize and safely operate kitchen equipment.
- Replenish kitchen supplies and necessary food items for
service.
- Accurately label and date products for proper storage and
sanitation.
- Demonstrate strong menu comprehension and meticulous attention
to plate presentation.
- Support kitchen leadership and team members during
service.
- Exhibit proficiency in preparing base sauces, stocks, and
soups.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, addressing
all guest needs and inquiries.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Is comfortable in a restaurant kitchen and with the use of
culinary tools, equipment, and techniques.
- Can maintain professionalism working in an open kitchen setting
where you are seen by fellow employees and guests at all
times.
- Able to work while using a headset for the entirety of their
shift.
- Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and
maintains health standards.
- Describes themselves as detail oriented.
- Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive
experiences.
- Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.

- Hours of operation:
- Closed Sundays and Mondays.
- Open Tuesday - Saturday 5:00pm-9:30pm (May work before/after
