The Accounting Clerk position's primary responsibility is to support the processing of financial data by maintaining accurate records on daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Essential Responsibilities:

Analyze data
Data entry
Running reports
Electronic filing
Purchasing reports
Budge reports
Account reconciliation
Preparing of invoices and collections of payments
Other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

Clear a pre-employment drug screening
Pass a federal fingerprint background check
Have proof of US work eligibility
Ability to fulfill a work schedule that includes the weekends, with the scheduled off days being during the week
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and other required identifications or certifications

Additional Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience data entry skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data.
Excel knowledge and MS office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
