Experienced/Licensed Financial Advisor Las Vegas, Nevada

Are you a fiduciary? Is your current firm or broker-dealer not providing the support you or your clients currently need.? Do you feel that you and your clients are not on the same page as your firm? The candidates we meet have typically achieved high levels of success before speaking with us. They have often hit a plateau with their current or prior firm. Capstone Partners Financial and Insurance Services in Las Vegas are strategically growing our advisor force through fee-based financial planning and a formalized producer group model. Through career mentorship and the opportunity to partner alongside other growth-oriented senior and junior advisors, we push our advisors to take the next step up in their careers. We allow our advisors to run their practices how they see fit.

We have effectively built producer groups across our Southern California, Utah, Nevada, and Colorado offices. We are looking to replicate the success these teams have achieved in our Las Vegas operation. To do this, we are looking to partner with other advisors, who are:



--- Utilizing a planning first philosophy as a fiduciary
--- Team Oriented and looking to join a team, or to take the lead and have a team built around them.
--- Wanting to develop long-lasting relationships with their clients.
--- Seeking to take their practice to the next level.
--- In search of a supportive firm that allows you to run your practice as you see fit

Responsibilities:
--- Effective discovery and fact-finding with new clients
--- Be a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects
--- Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals
--- Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities
--- Working with clients in organizing their needs and goals ongoing as market conditions change
--- Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional/work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs

Qualifications:
--- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive financial plans, wealth management portfolios, and insurance strategies
--- Series 7, Series 66, and Life/Health Insurance licenses (or committed to earning these licenses within 6 months of joining the firm)
--- Excels at working on a team
--- Networking and business development skills
--- Existing designations (CFP, CFA, ChFC, RICP) or goals to obtain them are a bonus
