Job Description:

Job Duties:--- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports--- Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs--- Perform A/P activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry--- Perform A/R activities to ensure accuracy and timely payments--- Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts--- Perform intercompany transactions--- Perform monthly bank settlements--- Monitor inventory control--- Maintain Fixed Asset and Intangible Asset Subledger--- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions--- Year-end transactions and reporting--- Prepare documentations for external auditors--- Other duties as assigned from time to timeRequirements:--- More than three years of general accounting experience, either in a public accounting firm or in a private corporate environment--- BA in accounting, finance, math, business administration, or a related fieldFoley Entertainment Group, LLC. is an equal employment/affirmative action employer.
