Technician, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and
completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and
pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and
maximized productivity. Along the way, you'll discover the

Vegas, NV 89110 /n Schedule: Monday – Saturday with 8hr shift
between 8:00am - 7:00pm PST /n Primary Responsibilities: /n /n -
Enter prescriptions and verifying appropriate information /n -
Contacting patients, pharmacists and doctor’s offices to resolve
claims issues /n - Process prescriptions (from intake to order
completion) /n - Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate
information is provided /n - Consistently meet established
productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while
maintaining a good attendance record /n - Fulfillment of
prescription orders /n - Ability to interpret prescription orders
and enter pharmacy system /n - Answering the telephone utilizing
appropriate etiquette /n - Documenting interventions and tracking
outcomes with Pharmacy team /n - Resolving customer issues;
ensuring accurate information is provided /n /n What are the

interested in. Required Qualifications: /n /n - Pharmacy Technician
license in the state of Nevada /n - 2 years of experience working
as a Pharmacy Technician including insurance claims processing,
rejection, resolution, and knowledge of laws and regulations
regarding scope of practice /n - Intermediate level of proficiency
with computers using Windows PC applications, including the ability
to learn new and complex computer system applications /n - Ability
to stand for entire shift (8 hours) /n - Ability to wear mask for
duration of shift, if required /n - Ability to work at 650 North
Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89110, Monday – Saturday with an 8-hour
shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm PST /n - Bilingual Spanish/English /n
/n /n Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications,
etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a
