Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are a retail construction
goods supplier looking for an A/P Specialist with 3 years of
experience particularly in the construction industry. Requirements:
-Know how to accurately process invoices related to Purchase Orders
-Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook -Know how to reconcile vendor
statements -Professional phone etiquette and correspondence with
suppliers -Basic understanding of Chart of Accounts -Knowledge of
sales tax rules for goods sold and used in Nevada -Prior experience
with Epicor's Bistrack and MS Dynamics Great Plains helpful but not
required. Benefits: Partially employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision
available the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
401K eligible and employer match after 1 year of employment. 8 paid
Holidays plus Paid Time Off accrual. 7am-4pm PST M-F in office
only. Possible light overtime.
