Administrator - Role Overview This exciting opportunity with Dollar
Loan Center, based in Las Vegas, Nevada supports two core
functions: (1) licensing operations for our short-term lending
business as we expand into new territories (with a strong focus on
Wisconsin this year), and (2) tenant-side lease administration for
a portfolio of 90 locations across Nevada, Idaho, Wisconsin, and
Utah. This is not a landlord/property management position. You will
support the company by maintaining lease records, tracking critical
dates, reconciling rent and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges,
and supporting acquisitions by drafting LOIs and reviewing leases

opportunity below and apply today! What You'll Do Licensing
Operations (Expansion and Renewals) Research licensing requirements
at the state, county, and city level for targeted expansion markets
(Priority: Wisconsin, Southern Utah, and Northern Idaho). Prepare,
submit, and track licensing applications, renewals, and updates
(including required supporting documentation and checklists).
Maintain organized, audit-ready licensing files, renewal calendars,
and status reporting for internal stakeholders. Coordinate
internally with the Compliance Department so any regulator-facing
communications are handled through the appropriate channels (no
regulator interaction required in this role). Lease Administration
(Tenant Perspective) - 90 Locations Maintain accurate lease records
(leases, amendments, renewals, notices) and ensure timely routing
and storage of executed documents. Track critical dates (renewals,
expirations, notice windows, rent escalations, options) and
proactively flag upcoming decision points. Manage landlord
relationships and lease-related correspondence (notices,
documentation requests, payment questions). Reconcile monthly rent
statements and validate annual/periodic reconciliations; coordinate
with Accounting and landlords to resolve discrepancies. Review and
reconcile CAM/operating expense statements, request back-up
documentation, and identify discrepancies for follow-up based on
lease language. Visual Lease (System Maintenance and Reporting)
Maintain lease data integrity in Visual Lease (documents, key
terms, obligations, options, critical dates, rent schedules, and
reporting), under oversight of the Real Estate Manager. Support
standardized reporting and data hygiene so the portfolio is
consistently accurate and decision-ready. Acquisition / Expansion
Support (Tenant Side) Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) from
company-provided templates at the request of the CEO and/or Real
Estate Manager. Review proposed leases and amendments for key terms
and identify deal points (term/options, rent structure,
escalations, CAM language, repair obligations,
assignment/subletting, signage, default/notice provisions, etc.).
Provide concise summaries and actionable feedback to leadership and
brokers to help keep deals moving and ensure leadership
expectations are reflected in drafts. Qualifications Required 4
years (Senior) in lease administration, contract administration,
real estate coordination, licensing operations, or similar
operations/legal-adjacent work. Intermediate Excel skills
(comfortable with reconciliations, variance checks, and formulas).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
deadlines with minimal oversight. Clear written and verbal
communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
(Finance, Real Estate, Compliance, brokers, and landlords).
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience preparing and submitting licensing applications and
renewals. Experience reconciling CAM/operating expense statements
and interpreting expense language. Experience with Visual Lease or
comparable lease administration software. All offers of employment
