Job Description:

This position provides administrative support to the Corporate Office Manager in our inventory and maintenance department , through a variety of related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines, the ability to prioritize and multitask, excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiar with computers, detail oriented and organized. Must be self-sufficient, have good judgment and a professional, supportive attitude. Must have an outgoing, open minded personality, reliable transportation and be able to obtain a Sheriff's Card. Fluent in English & Spanish is a plus. Previous experience in an office environment, inventory or other related fields preferred, but not required we are willing to train the right candidate. Ideally the applicant is someone who would like to grow with our company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

--- Answer incoming telephone calls and greet guests in a friendly, polite and professional manner.

--- Maintaining organization/tidiness of all inventory and the office.

--- Organize, file, maintain, track and update all inventory related products, paperwork and computer documents.

--- Create correspondence or documents through Word Processing and Spreadsheet computer programs, fax, scan and copy printed materials, handle correspondence, prepare reports as required.

--- Create invoices through QuickBooks

--- Pull, package and distribute inventory items for restaurant locations

--- Order and restock inventory items as needed

--- Receive and account for all incoming inventory

--- Fulfill and ship all online or customer orders for company product line

--- Maintain Accounts Receivable for company product line

--- Update bidding and pricing lists

--- Prioritize all incoming maintenance requests

--- Create, maintain, update and assign maintenance schedules

--- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

--- At least One (1) year of administrative/office experience (preferred but not required)

--- High School diploma or GED required

--- Valid driver's license

--- Intermediate PC skills Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred

--- Strong written and verbal communication skills

--- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

--- Must possess professional appearance and demeanor

--- Must possess ability to handle priorities under pressure

--- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required

--- Interact well with co-workers

--- Understand and follow work rules and procedures

--- Accept constructive feedback

--- Team player

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing at least twentyfive pounds (25 lbs.) or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment. May operate a motor vehicle. Must be able to work holidays except for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This position is required to work weekends.
