Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant who is
dedicated to supporting the Listing & Escrow Manager and all other
team members in achieving efficient handling of listing to contract
files and supporting daily operations. The right candidate shares

humble The Transaction Coordinator/Admin Assistant possesses high
integrity, a strong sense of urgency and is driven to continuously
improve their real estate knowledge. This person is responsible for
coordinating listing to contract files and protecting timelines for
fast-moving transactions in an organized, professional, and
friendly manner. This person is responsible for updating the entire
team on progress of all contracts and informing them of any
problems that need to be handled. Primary Objectives --- Provide
administrative support to Listing & Escrow Manager, agents and
staff--- Coordinate listing to contract files--- Maintain lists of
inventory and distribution--- Protect & monitor timelines for
fast-moving transactions in an organized, professional, and
friendly manner--- Effectively communicates with clients, agents &
vendors at every stage of transaction to ensure files close---
Provide post-closing information & service--- Responsible for
updating entire team on progress of all contracts and informing
them of any problems that need to be handled--- Administer systems
for acquiring testimonials and referrals--- Maintain planned use of

Job Requirements --- Real estate knowledge, experience, and
skill--- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience as a transaction
coordinator--- Computer and software experience--- Knowledge of
SkySlope, MLS and Nevada Contracts--- Track record of success in
