Job Description:

Job Description Responsibilities: Answering the phones and assisting families by explaining our services, as well as providing pricing for our services. Processing the incoming files. Putting the file information into the excel spreadsheet. Creating labels for the file folders. Creating release of cremated remains form and putting in file. Scanning the outgoing files. Scanning all the pages in and filing under the naming convention. Then filling the files in the filing cabinet. Scheduling deliveries for the memorial packages once completed to get them home to the families. Each family gets called and texted once. Creating files. Printing out the contracts and writing the tag number on each contract and file folder. Printing out and creating the green cremation tags and placing those in each file. Making sure all supplies are stocked. Answering the office phone and providing status updates to families with pets already in our care. Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ---Strong organizational skills Company Description 1st Call Pet Cremation is a 24/7/365 Pet Loss Service company serving the Greater Las Vegas market.
