We need an Executive/Marketing Assistant for our team. -

An Executive/Marketing Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. -

The Executive/marketing Assistant relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Executive/Marketing Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. Social Media, Marketing, Technology, and Database Management are a must as the Executive/Marketing Assistant is responsible for leveraging these skills to drive a return on our database and help grow the business.

This position requires someone with a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing and advertising is critical, while knowledge of Real Estate is a bonus. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required while having knowledge of creating and implementing systems is a must.

Through Social Media, Marketing, and Video, the Executive Assistant can help strategize and cultivate a return of deals closed from the agent's database and focus on how to grow in a strategic and effective way so there is always a return as the amount of people in the database continues to grow.

The successful candidate will support sales agents with back-office administration while also achieving company growth through planning, organizing and marketing. Also in this position, he/she will be a communication liaison, managing all aspects of internal communication and public relations.

Responsibilities



--- Create and manage social content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and company website. -Run and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates. Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics
--- Develop, plan and coordinate, and promote special events and all signage for the events, invites for the events, send out photos and Thank You's from the events, -and follow up after the events
--- Maintain database.
--- Maintain all sales reports
--- Send out special occasion correspondence with database.
--- Promote all agency open houses, events and new listings
--- Tracks incoming leads for agent
--- Building and activating listings and coordinating all services for listings
--- Make sure all MLS listings are accurate on various internet sites
--- Edit and optimize all marketing campaigns
--- Arrange all closing gifts and events
--- Help coordinate client appreciation events, broker opens and open houses and community events such as fundraisers to get the Traci Human brand recognized and build stronger relationships to bring in more leads, referrals, and clients
--- Strategize to grow database by a measurable amount yearly
--- Build implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support -
--- Work hand-in-hand with Transaction Coordinator to make sure buyer and seller transactions are complete and running smoothly, including delivering executed contracts and forms to clients
--- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
--- Keep the agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
--- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire closing process
--- Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking
--- Ensure clients are having a 5-star experience and providing reviews and testimonials
--- Ensure marketing is seamless and consistent and providing value to database to get a 10% return through referrals and reviews
--- Ensure listings are being marketed effectively to maximize repeat and referral clients and also to draw in more buyers and leads for team
--- Identify projects and processes that will create efficiency in the business and improve customer service

Responsibilities:

Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met


Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background in real estate is required for this position
Available evenings and weekends
Must have high school diploma or GED
