Office Manager role at our client. As the Office Manager your
primary responsibilities will include creating invoices, preparing
credit memos, updating accounting records, maintaining customer
information, and sending payment reminders. Additionally, the role
is responsible for collections, customer service, answering
incoming calls for the office and ordering office supplies. If you
are a dynamic Office Manager with excellent communication, customer
service and organizational skills, this may be the role for
you.Your responsibilities in this role- Track payments and manage
all reminders, and contact customers if needed- Send out periodical
customer account statements- Discuss billing adjustments with
clients and vendors- Provide customers with bills and invoices via
available channels (physically or via email or another digital
system)- Maintain accuracy in billing data, correcting any errors-
Put together reports for executives and senior managers- Manage
accounting records, recording all new payments, balances, customer
information etc.- Check payments for accuracy, including cash and
online payments- Make collections calls- Gather all information
needed for bills receivable calculation- Maintain customer
accounts, checking for debts, incomplete information, and other
issues- Assist customers and handle billing complaints- Follow up
