Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Auto Title Clerk located in the Las Vegas. This is for a temporary-perm opportunity. As a Auto Title Clerk you will prepare legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles and verify and make pay offs on vehicle trade- ins. Responsibilities for this Auto Title Clerk

•Prepare tag and title documents.

•Submit legal transfer documents to DMV.

•Issue stock numbers and stock in used vehicle purchases.

•Prepare checks to purchase used vehicles

•Input inventory control information for used cars

•Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets

•Ensure files are updated with current information ongoing

•Process all wholesale deals and monitor wholesale receivable

•Verify and pay of trade-ins

•Reconcile accounts and schedules monthly.

•Complete month end accounting reports

•Assist with completion of annual review/audits

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

•2 years recent experience as auto dealer title clerk

•Excellent verbal and written verbal communication skills

•Must type at least 50 wpm

•Professional appearance

•Strong Customer Service skills

•Proficient in MS office

•Ability to pass extensive background and pre-employment drug screen

This position is Mon- Fri 8am-5pm Pay for this position is $14/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temp-perm opportunity.
