Full Time Wage: Salaried, Salary is commensurate with experience
Position Summary: Wahlburgers is seeking an organized, proactive
Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support daily
operations at our Las Vegas Restaurant Support Center. This role
will offer administrative and office support to the leadership team
and help ensure the Las Vegas office runs efficiently. As a newly
created position, the role's responsibilities will expand and
evolve as it develops. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct
corporate office phone calls Accept, sort, and distribute incoming
mail and packages, including critical and time-sensitive documents
Manage outgoing mail and office deliveries Digitally deposit checks
and assist with processing administrative and financial
documentation Provide administrative support to the leadership
team, including scheduling, document preparation, and general
organization Help manage and organize the Las Vegas office,
including office supplies, organization, and general office needs
Assist with guest care email responses, as appropriate, to support
timely communication and follow-up Provide administrative support
with applications, licensing documentation, and regulatory forms
Assist with administrative and organizational support for new store
openings Draft and format memos, internal communications, and
company announcements Perform general administrative and clerical
duties as needed in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Prior
administrative or office support experience (Required) Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with
Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and
basic office technology Professional communication skills and a
team-oriented, flexible attitude A proactive self-starter who can
work independently, take ownership of tasks and priorities, and
stay aligned with the leadership team Energetic, adaptable, and
comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
