Position: Email Marketing Specialist - Beauty - Fully RemoteLocation: Fully RemoteStarts: Interviewing Now!Duration: OngoingStatus: FreelanceRate: DOEOur beauty client is seeking a Email Marketing Specialist! This role is fully remote for 40 hours/week for about 5-6 months (until the end of the year) with the possibility to extend!The ideal candidate has experience in Email Marketing that they can eventually translate to Push and SMS marketing.EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with email marketing programs to help achieve business KPIs and increase users/subscribers
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution: devise campaign strategy with key stakeholders, develop approvals, deploy final campaigns, optimize as necessary, report on performance, and investigate issues as needed
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor the full-funnel performance and health of programs, identify areas for improvement. Manage all the way to goal conversions
• Establish A/B tests for subject lines, content, cadence, audience segmentation, and timing to constantly improve resultsEMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-4+ years' experience developing and deploying lifecycle programs across multiple owned channels (email, push, SMS, site, in-app, etc). Email most important, others are a plus!
  • Experience developing and executing A/B tests
  • Comfortable with quantitative analytics and have experience translating data into business and consumer insights
  • Cross-functional team experience
