A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Design, develop, and implement strategies to
drive demand for products
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product teams to define and
execute joint strategies
Partner Marketing & Events: Manage partner marketing initiatives
and participate in industry events
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years experience in growth marketing in crypto/fintech
industries
Deep understanding and active participation in the crypto space,
particularly within DeFi and DAOs
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and
marketing analytics tools
Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing
messages
Self-starter with strong project management skills and effective
communication abilities
