smarter and to be more successful Summary: Responsible for
developing, creating, overseeing and monitoring all online social
channels for Credit Union. Knowledgeable of social media industry,
channelsincluding new trends and how to optimize content that is
engaging for each channelfinancial industry practices and
reputation management online. Assists and executes market
development projects including, direct mails, emails, activations,
and support as need be. Responsibilities:
- Works with vendors to develop content calendar including
promotions and contests for approvals by appropriate stakeholders.
Leverages and incorporates credit union activities to build brand
and fulfill UNIFY mission statement.
- Monitors and works with other departments to respond to online
comments promptly to resolve issues and manage online image of
- Tracks and adjusts online postings to increase followers,
engagement and shares. Suggests leveraging social tools to assist
in marketing efforts.
- Works with social media vendors in increase UNIFY brand
awareness and support marketing objectives. Leverage and develop
digital content to achieve organization goals. Maintains a strong
knowledge of social media advertising and app functions.
- Ensures all communications meet established standards for
appearance, quality and editorial content, style guide and branding
standards, disclosures requirements and the established proofing
- Works with vendors to create monthly dashboard in a timely
manner and communicates social online results. Shares social media
trends, norms, and developments impacting channel.
- Executes and tracks assigned campaigns/projects to support
Market Development objectives and goals.
- Works collaboratively with other departments to gather
stakeholder input and establish tracking/reports of projects.
Qualifications, Experience, & Education:
- Ensures full compliance with UNIFY Financial Credit Union
Service Standards and the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Assists the Marketing Department and Management as needed.
