Marketing Vendor Relations Manager 19000BYD Responsible for establishing, developing, and managing third party intermediary channels to drive business to Caesars Entertainment in order to achieve the Company's financial goals. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining business relationships and strategic partnerships, including but not limited to negotiating contracts, soliciting new accounts, and ensuring compliance of contractual agreements. The position will also be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and reporting of marketing and financial performance efforts while also organizing initiatives, creating calendars, developing partner materials (internally and externally), managing key partnerships top to bottom and acting as a liaison for partner development and execution and trafficking partner assets. This role will need strong creative direction, understanding of customer needs and marketing strategy, and a disciplined approach to project management. Other talents that will be helpful in this role are communication skills across multiple levels of the organization, analytical skills to evaluate the viability and effectiveness of business relationships, and the ability to recommend improvements to third party associates. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for monitoring performance and optimizing the marketing and analytical approach for hospitality 3rd party accounts on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities will include: overseeing marketing campaigns, approving property and market specific offers; monitoring performance by channel; working with Revenue Management to develop pricing guidelines, and overseeing series of sales and promotions as agreed to based on contractual obligations. * Monitor and conduct site inspections of property partnerships Continual evaluation, implementation and optimization of revenue growth opportunities through proactive sales effort Involved in the execution and analysis of effective marketing programs targeted to existing and new customers by third party. Partner closely with all related departments such as Marketing, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment to help guide overall Las Vegas strategies and tactics as appropriate Establishes, maintains, and controls contracts with clients including department budgets for direct marketing, promotions and advertising, Persistently work toward unquestionable customer retention and satisfaction that will result in customers being enthusiastic references, thus increase brand awareness. * Anticipate and react to changes in competition, planning assumptions and will alter plans as necessary. * Delegates assignments to the most appropriate person by analyzing the requirements of the task and relating those to appropriate vendor relationship in order to accomplish tasks on time and within budget. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years previous managerial experience including experience with customer service and managing 3rd party contracts/vendors. Excellent organization, communication, administrative and managerial skills. Must be a creative, high energy, hands on, with strong sales and negotiation skills. A track record of consistent performance and accountability managing complex and diverse portfolio of accounts. Excellent oral, written, verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills required. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner. Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives. Respond to visual and aural cues. Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment. Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions. Must be able to maneuver around office and property. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job. The physical ability to stand and/or walk continuously for duration of shift. The physical ability to climb stairs, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously.
