Job Description Job Description RELOCATION AVAILABLE Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Boiler Service Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience servicing all boiler systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repair work, ensuring that our clients’ systems operate safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and repair services on boilers, including troubleshooting issues with combustion, fuel handling, and heat exchange systems. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to optimize system performance and longevity. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols. Collaborate with clients to explain technical issues, offer solutions, and recommend system improvements. Document service work, including problem diagnosis, parts used, and repair solutions. Remain current on Thermogenics technology updates, safety protocols, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with all boiler systems. Certification: Relevant boiler, or mechanical certifications are preferred Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of boiler mechanics, combustion systems, and electrical control systems. Skills: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills; strong written and verbal communication. Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
