Job Description Job Description Position Summary Responsible for
organizing and performing work to ensure proper maintenance of
equipment, buildings, vehicles, and grounds security. Essential
Functions Oversee installation and maintenance of printing
equipment, HVAC systems, and safety equipment. Administer
preventive maintenance programs and schedule major overhauls.
Perform lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
Maintain accurate inventory of repair parts. Manage contracts for
security, extermination, and landscaping services. Prepare sketches
and recommend changes in equipment or building
installations/designs. Collaborate with outside vendors and
third-party technicians to ensure machinery is operating optimally
and serviced regularly. Research technical articles, catalogs, and
manuals to recommend improvements to maintenance operations.
Maintain records including blueprints, purchase orders, factory
orders, security reports, and maintenance manuals. Comply with
company safety regulations and actively participate in safety
programs. Occasionally work beyond standard daytime hours to
perform equipment service/repairs during off-peak production times.
Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies Technical capacity
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Problem-solving
and analytical ability Customer service orientation Knowledge of
industrial safety, health, and environmental practices Must use
proper lifting techniques and equipment Required to request
assistance when handling heavy objects over 50 lbs. or large items
over 47 inches Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no
direct supervisory responsibilities. Position Type / Expected Hours
of Work May require extended hours and occasional weekend work to
support specific projects. Experience and Skills Preferred
Experience maintaining printing and other manufacturing equipment.
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Strong verbal
and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long
periods; lift up to 50 lbs.; and work in environments with odors,
noise, dust, and dirt. Ability to safely navigate around machinery,
including crawling, climbing, and using ladders. Understanding and
application of safe practices for tool use. Flexibility to work
beyond standard daytime hours or during heavy workload periods to
meet customer expectations. Additional Information This job
