With numerous award winning projects to our name, we focus primarily on the commercial sectors - Casinos, Hotels, Restaurants, Office Buildings, Mixed-use, Retail, Restaurant etc. We are looking to bring on a Senior Estimator to the team in Vegas! What you will do: - Commercial new construction and tenant improvement projects - Estimating, bidding, proposals - Project cost analysis - Project budgeting - Mentoring and leading junior estimators on the team What you need: - 5 years of Estimating experience - Commercial construction experience - BS in Construction Management or related field Benefits - Base ($150,000-$200,000) Bonus - 401k Match - Full Medical, Dental & Vision - 15 Days PTO - 9 Paid Holidays, Sick time - HSA & FSA accounts - Life & Disability insurance - Cell, Laptop - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
