Salon Assistant for Michael Boychuck Location: Hairdreams Salon by
Michael Boychuck Compensation: $18.00 per hour We are currently
seeking a dynamic, high energy and eager to learn Salon Assistant
who will be working specifically with Michael Boychuck. This
position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
client-focused environment and is passionate about both customer
service and the beauty industry. The ideal candidate is highly
organized, dependable, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking
effectively. Primary Responsibilities Assist Michael with
day-to-day operations on his color clients also including
shampooing, blow drying, and basic styling. Learn highlight and
color formulas, assist with preparing Michael's high profile
clientele each day. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon
tools, stations, and common areas Ensure smooth workflow by
anticipating the needs of the team and clients Support
back-of-house duties as needed to keep the salon running
efficiently, including but not limited to stocking client
refreshments and supplies. Requirements: Prior experience in
customer service is required Previous salon, spa, or beauty retail
experience is highly preferred Excellent communication skills, both
verbal and written Ability to manage time effectively and remain
calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and ability to
multitask A valid Cosmetology License is required. We are looking
