If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you. -This role is a cross-functional and cross-group role. - The role is primarily responsible for providing the best customer experience to our Education team supporting our US customers. - This role will act as a support resource for the Education team to help solve issues, support customer registration and navigate internal business processes, works on tasks requiring considerable judgement and initiative, compiles and analyzes data and formulates.Duties include, but are not limited to:Coordinate the training and registration of Varian customers and employees (i.e. Sales, Service, Customer Relations) including the arrangements and details for off-site or specialized training needs/programs for employees and customers.Enables training courses and schedules using our internal systems (i.e. LMS, Varian.com, MyVarian, SAP, Salesforce, etc.), including supporting pre and post commercialization system updates.Assist in establishing, preparing, and/or distributing training courses, schedules, catalogs, pre-class assignments, reports and materials to customers and in-house personnel in the Learning Management System.Maintains records of course activity including attendee lists, course evaluations, and prepares monthly registration reports and tracking of data for the Education department.Assists in the preparation of instructional materials (i.e. training packets, audio-visual aids).Supports the tracking and maintaining of revenue opportunities and report to Finance lead when revenue can be collected.Oversees the support of customers encountering problems using the Learning Management System (LMS), MyVarian.com, Varian.com, CRM and other financial tools.Captures and documents requirements for a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures for commercializing training deliverables.Supports invoice management by collaborating with team members to provide pertinent supporting documentation.Proactively engages customers for appropriate communications surrounding their education and training availability, including notification of future expirations.May be involved in specific projects and help to configure project methodology from project management perspective until the project is fully under control.Performs other related duties as required by various functional areas of the Education team.RequirementsExperience with LMS, Salesforce or CRM equivalent and SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.Ability to rapidly absorb detailed information and translate it into correct messaging to be used across all tactics.Effective skills in areas of interpersonal, oral and written communication, organization, prioritization and planning, goal setting, analytical and problem solving.Results-oriented, capable of managing and driving the completion of multiple competing projects.Have a sense of urgency and strong ability to prioritize tasks, be self-motivated, and able to effectively manage time and priorities.To ensure compliance with -applicable legal requirements in the U.S., including the federal COVID-19 vaccination mandate, all U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, subject to legally required and approved accommodations.Fighting cancer calls for big ideas.We envision a world without fear of cancer.
