    Be an integral part of our growing DevOps team! As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will help define the design, development, and support of our next generation of automated build, deployment, & infrastructure provisioning systems. Leverage your expertise in continually improving Carbon's product stability and reliability, while assisting the team in our build-out & deployment of tooling to manage a mesh of microservices, and providing for production testing of canary and a/b (blue/green) needs, etc,.

    This role is REMOTE friendly and can be located anywhere in the U.S.!

    What You'll Do
    • Work with our Security and Privacy teams to ensure application and infrastructure adhere to our policies and controls.
    • Leveraging your experience in Monitoring & Alert - APM, SPM
    • Developing/enhancing our IRP (Incident Response Procedure) - OnCall
    • Implementing best-practices around Carbon Health's Incident / Problem Management
    • Performing Post Mortem / PIR reviews, and utilizing your best-practices knowledge in the areas of observability, optimization, and KPI's - SLA, SLO, SLI.
      About You
      • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, System, or Software Engineering
      • 4+ years of experience utilizing Cloud computing (EC2, SNS/SQS, RDS/Aurora)
      • Strong experience running production applications workloads in AWS Cloud
      • Experience administrating technologies at scale such as Kafka, ElasticSearch, Postgres and Redis
      • Database and Data warehouse experience (Postgres, DynamoDB, Snowflake)
      • Experiencing managing and automating Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI or similar (required)
      • Familiarity with modern scripting language such as Python, Ruby
      • AWS Certified a plus
