  • Concept development, solution development, and Roboguide simulations
  • Develop and review custom equipment proposals including rough order of magnitude (ROM), budgetary, and firm-fixed-price quotes
  • Review and understand customer specifications and requirements
  • Support Sales Account Managers in ensuring quotes are developed in accordance with customer specifications, budget, and timing requirements
  • Support sales as needed with customer visits, technical reviews, and proposal reviews
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our proposal and estimating tools and processes
  • Maintain a standard cost database for materials and labor Qualifications
    • Bachelor of Science degree in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline
    • 10+ years of engineering experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
    • Experience in custom equipment machine building including, but not limited to, robotic integration, part feeding systems, and conveyance solutions
    • Experience with assembly, material handling, machine tending, and pick/pack/pal applications
