SUMMARY:
It is the responsibility of the Engineer Crew Lead-Carpet for coordination and supervision of all floor covering installations and related maintenance. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and coordinate flooring installations and repair orders.
• Prepare flooring estimates for various projects.
• Ordering of necessary supplies and materials.
• Conduct flooring inspections throughout hotel and casino, for safety measures, as well as maintaining aesthetic standards.
• Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as requested by Management.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  Minimum High school diploma or equivalent. Must have extensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
  • Must have 5-10 years' experience in installation of carpet, tile and resilient flooring.
  • Preferable 1 year experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18.
