cultur Job Details Job Details Set up and operate CNC lathes and
mills to produce high-precision components Read and interpret
blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications Machine and
measure parts to tight tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and
gages Handle challenging materials including Inconel 718 and 422
stainless steel Maintain tooling, machine offsets, and quality
documentation across shifts Requirements Minimum 5 years of CNC
setup and operation experience Experience machining hard or exotic
materials preferred (Inconel, stainless) Strong understanding of
geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) Familiarity with
MasterCAM a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a
