Revenue Operations & Strategy to be responsible for planning and
executing initiatives to our growth and scaling efforts across all
our revenue generating business units.About UsStates Title is a top

the US. States Title is intelligently transforming closings by
applying machine intelligence to the age-old processes and
procedures in the $25B Title and Settlement industry. Making
residential real estate simple and efficient, and allowing lenders
to close more loans, faster, and at a lower cost.About The RoleThis
role is about building a vision and a team that can execute the
vision. The function is responsible for driving all aspects of
revenue visibility and driving more efficient and effective ways to
continue to grow revenue predictably across all 3 major business
segments at States Title. The vision crafted will be in
collaboration with peer Senior Leaders and Executive Management
impacting and influencing the overall revenue strategy of the
company.Responsibilities* Partner with Senior Leaders across 3
revenue segments at States Title to drive increase Revenue and
Revenue Efficiency* Set the Vision, Build and Manage a Function
Delivering the Following Capabilities* Revenue Visibility
-Understand and implement the capability to measure our
effectiveness in each aspect of the customer lifecycle (from
prospecting, sales cycle, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and
advocacy)* Revenue insights from those metrics as well as
conversations with sales, customer success, marketing, and
fulfillment operations to drive strategy recommendations*
Enablement - Sales & Customer Success Enablement across 3 business
units* Revenue Systems Center of Excellence - build out processes
and technologies to support Revenue Operations across business
segments* Commission Plan Analysis in partnership with People Team
& Revenue Leaders* Partner with the Finance & Accounting team for
Revenue Modeling and Projections* Serve as a member of the Senior
Leadership Team involved in driving the strategic direction of
States Title* Balance Driving Near Term critical initiatives with
long term Strategic Vision settingRequired Skills & Experience* 5+
Years of Leadership Experience* Strong ability to recruit and ramp
a high performing revenue operations team* Strategic Thinking &
Planning* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other
Senior Leaders* Strong communication, presentation, and
facilitation skills* Comfort in working with ambiguity and
reasonable priority changes* Creative thinking and ability to
