Job Description:

AI Foundation is looking to build the Las Vegas Product team. We are hiring Project and Product Managers to help guide and manage the buildout of our AI platform technology and our consumer product.-- You will be primarily responsible for managing one or two Agile development teams to hit tight deadlines while working closely with our designers, engineers, executives and users. This person does not need to be hard-core technical in terms of software engineering skills, but the right person will have in-depth conceptual understanding of a tremendously complex and disparate system. In other words, someone who is very technical and a great software engineer might not be "technical" enough for this role if they can't understand the big picture and all the moving pieces. We need conceptual technical as opposed to coding technical. Coding technical does not hurt, but the most important aspect of this role is to have an additional person who understands everything that is happening within the platform. Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as Product, Project, and or Quality Manager for high-end software products.
• Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Engage with stakeholders on a regular basis via multiple channels.
• Provide a consistent and well-communicated product plan out to the constituent stakeholders and down into the engineering organization.
• Provide product guidance with strong technical product management.
• Define and communicate a strong and comprehensive product vision.
• Curate, communicate, and manage a long-term product roadmap.
• Strong leadership skills, including ability to influence cross-functional teams via diplomacy and tact.
• Extensive experience in an Agile, iterative development environment utilizing project tracking tools such as Jira.
• Experience writing user stories and bug reports and managing tickets to keep the engineering team running at high velocity.
• Ability to coordinate with the team to meet deadlines, facilitate launch dates, and maintain communication between executives, engineers, designers, testers, and researchers.
• Run fast, effective, energizing group meetings (supporting scrum) & daily stand-ups.
• Excellent project foresight and ability to intervene before problems happen.
• Align demos around the product and pursue high quality results.
• Quick, outside-the-box thinking.
• Define KPIs and set targets that move the team toward success.
