please apply on-line. Description Responsible for the daily
management, training and success of the lending processes, products
and staff. Performs all administrative duties associated with the
management of staff.

Responsible for the quality of loans granted by the credit

limitations and in the best interest of the credit union.
Responsible for making recommendations for policy changes.
Coordinate loan department file maintenance efforts and maintain
zero documentation errors.
Review all compliance updates, summarizing any and all changes
effecting WestStar as part of a monthly status report.
Chair the Loan Review Committee and document all loan approvals and
Review 1st mortgage and 2nd loans submitted by the Senior Processor
to underwriter for preliminary loan approval.
Ensure a reasonable (to meet or exceed industry standards)
turnaround time on loan approvals and declines for quality member
Responsible for management of indirect lending process including
dealer relations, underwriting, processing and funding. Review and
monitor in direct lending portfolio to assess and manage risk and
delinquency within set limits.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting of delinquent loan
portfolio, including static pool analysis. Stratify delinquent loan
portfolio by product, credit score, LTV and other criteria to
effectively control risk within the portfolio.
Responsible to monitor performance of loan portfolio, conduct
periodic credit risk analysis on all loans. Responsible to monitor
and manage concentration risk within the loan portfolio. Ensure
portfolio limits are maintained.

Proven track record of five to ten years managing a full service
real estate and indirect lending and collections department. Must
possess strong knowledge of consumer and real estate lending laws,
regulations and compliance issues. Knowledgeable in both 1st and
2nd mortgage and consumer lending and all underwriting standards
and requirements. Knowledge of Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt
Collection Act, and Bankruptcy Law as it relates to the State of
Nevada, Small Claims, and Foreclosure and Repossession procedures
and all federal and state regulations. Must have a solid
understanding of all collection functions and related activities.
