join us and let's make games! Position Summary The Senior Director
of Transformation is responsible for navigating up, down and across
the Organization to help deliver amazing results tied to projects
related to improving our culture and establishing processes to aid
in our growth and success. This role with be instrumental in
ensuring our senior leadership team has a holistic view of the
Organization and the impact and challenges associated with the
projects they are facilitating and decisions they are making.
Essential Job Functions: The Senior Director of Change Management
is responsible for leading cross functional, multi-unit, project
teams.-- Responsibilities include: Acting as an advisor, confidant,
and sparring partner for the senior leadership team related to
critical transformation projects Developing and managing to
industry standard project management procedures that govern our
project activities Maintaining the appropriate balance of scope,
quality, schedule and cost across programs and projects Creates and
manages key, cross functional relationships on behalf of the senior
leadership team as needed to execute objectives Developing and
maintaining overall program and project implementation plans
Monitoring program financials to ensure that work is progressing
according to budget Communicating an objective assessment of
project status on a weekly basis, using metrics when available
Documenting and managing Risks, Actions/Issues and Decisions within
the projects and initiating any required follow-up activities
Ensuring sign-off from stakeholders on key milestones Identifying
areas where project team is blocked, facilitating targeted problem
solving and next steps for the team to proceed Ensuring that team
resources are being deployed as efficiently as possible by
following consistent processes that allow us to minimize rework
Clarifying priorities to ensure that work is completed in the
appropriate sequence Acting as a central point of contact and
managing components of the Gaming Management System including
quarterly business reviews Education: Required: Bachelor of
Arts/Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, Science or Business
or equivalent experience in related field Preferred: Masters degree
in Engineering, Math, Science or Business Required Experience:
7-10+ years of project manager, business development, corporate
strategy and/or executive management in a fast paced, innovation
driven environment Experience leading project teams in a matrix
organization Experience driving initiatives tied to cultural change
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to work independently with
limited guidance-- High degree of energy, enthusiasm, and passion
to have impact Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Able to use analytical skills to make sound judgements and quick
decisions Strong communication skills and proven ability to build
collaborative work relationships Effectively lead meetings and
communicate project status/issues to management Have an opinion,
experience and insight into a multitude of business and cultural
challenges Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint
are Key) Extensive attention to detail - ability to define and
monitor detailed project deliverables, risks, issues and action
items and work with team to drive them to completion Physical
Requirements: This position operates in a professional office
environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment
such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax
