A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You'll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy. Our Learning and Development Curation team ensures proper cataloguing of all learning and development materials. As part of our team, you'll execute day to day activities such as cataloguing all learning and development materials developed both internally and externally purchased and ensuring they are represented within PwC's learning management system. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 6 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including: * Researching learning content providers and making recommendations based on defined criteria; * Curating content based on defined learning objectives and criteria; * Managing the content lifecycle including reviewing, processing, retiring, and meta tagging; * Advising and managing intellectual property considerations and process; and, * Managing teams in a highly distributed and ambiguous environment. Demonstrating intimate knowledge and has a proven record of success as a team leader of a learning/research/content team including: * Communicating both verbally and in writing to influence leaders; * Researching, developing and maintaining skills frameworks that are relevant for jobs of the future; * Managing a high output workload in a highly ambiguous environment; * Monitoring relevance of skills framework and suggest amendments as needed; * Demonstrating performance consulting, design thinking, ideation, business centric and creative problem solving; * Applying evaluation and assessment methods to develop accreditation policies and procedures; * Managing legal and regulatory matters with respective stakeholders; and, * Obtaining and reviewing data analytics from learning products, using that data to influence and direct future designs. Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including: * Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping); * Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review); * Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools; * Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.); and, * Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration. Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in customer-centric focus through: * Collaborating and challenging clients respectfully when appropriate; * Proactively addressing stakeholders (anticipated) needs by understanding what is required to support client success; and, * Managing stakeholders to influence decisions and outcomes. Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven record of success in understanding how PwC works and it's ecosystem by understanding PwC's product and service offerings, applying a system thinking mindset to better support PwC business skills and knowledge development needs, having an understanding of business concepts (e.g., strategy, organizational design, management/operations, finance, marketing, economics, sales) to inform content review and client deliverables, and understanding key dynamics of the global business ecosystem.
