Audit Manager - Recent Public Accounting Firm Experience Required

This is an excellent opportunity to join a quickly growing professional services consulting firm as an Audit Manager. An Audit Manager is a CPA whose client responsibilities are second only to those of Principals. Managers are primarily responsible for client relationships within their area of expertise and for clients assigned to them. Managers direct the work of staff, seniors and supervisors assigned to their client engagements. Direct field work on financial statement audit and accounting engagements, monitoring progress of engagements in relation to budgets and due dates. Supervise and review engagement planning, train and evaluate staff and senior accountants and supervisors. Review work before submission to Principals for further review. Serve as liaison among Principals, clients and staff. Opportunities for work on non-audit projects available.


4+ years of financial statement audit experience at a public accounting firm

CPA is strongly desired.

Experience working with privately-held clients is strongly desired

Industry experience in time share, real estate, medical industries, construction and not-for-profit is a plus.
