Job Description:
The incumbent will play a central role in the execution of online strategies for hotel, food/beverage, entertainment and casino. This position will work closely with all departments to achieve business goals and objectives.

Job Focus:

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

- Maintain and update SAHARA Las Vegas and brand websites
- Maintain, update and provide content on all affiliate and third-party websites
- Create, execute, and manage online and interactive marketing and promotion calendars to match offline marketing initiatives for SAHARA Las Vegas
- Work closely with marketing and public relations to optimize offline initiatives and partner relationships to drive on-line awareness and increase revenue
- Maintain and update website reporting
- Manage email deployments and update campaign reports
- Help develop, implement, and maintain key digital marketing activities to drive lead generation, direct response and sales impact (SEO/SEM, online advertising, email, mobile, social marketing, etc.)
- Provide strategic support for and partner with in-house team and social media agency team to develop plan to track & drive revenue
- Understand key digital marketing platforms for insight generation
- Exploration of new e-commerce/online opportunities to support all marketing strategies, in conjunction or with the assistance of digital marketing agency
- Assist with building of affiliate marketing program
- Other duties assigned by the Director of Hotel Marketing
- Responsible for generation and distribution of website and digital marketing reports
- Manage ad serving platform and day-to-day duties of tracking and reporting
- Manage day-to-day of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs to achieve revenue goals
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees as well as outside contracts
- Develop, review, and comprehend all necessary documents
- Perform and/or learn aspects of marketing that may or may not be included in this job description
- Must have highly developed interpersonal skills with an affinity for teamwork within a small organization

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of e-commerce and interactive (digital) marketing experience
- Online retail and merchandising experience
- Demonstrated experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, Adwords, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with email coding and use of ESP & website CMS
- Experience managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated capabilities using and implementing analytical platforms such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics or similar
- Demonstrated capabilities using an ad serving platform
- Displays a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing
- Has a deep understanding of both off-line and on-line CPG sales functions
- Is highly analytical and able to collect, analyze and interpret data
- Technical acumen and ability to act as liaison between the Marketing and IT department
- Must be knowledgeable about the web and emerging technologies
