We want to drive and develop our luxury travel supplier relationships and partnerships that deliver the highest and best service to its members. To deliver unique key benefits and experiences for our members and relevant corporate clients with specific travel programmes within the assigned region. Your role is to be commercially driving revenue across the business.Your role as Strategic Partnership Manager - Travel, will ensure that you are working with other key stakeholders both within commercial travel and with the wider teams in general; ensuring that together as a team, we are delivering and meeting business expectations by achieving key metrics. You will take full accountability for travel partnerships ensuring you deliver on all client and member requirements, including but not limited to: strategic partnerships growth in key markets for both online and offline services and revenue.You will be responsible to source, build and maintain relationship with a variety of TRAVEL suppliers such as, but not limited to Hotel, Residence, Villa, DMC, Tour Operators, Private Jets, Cruises, Flights, Chauffeurs and other travel related services.You will be fully accountable for sharing your work across other departments and offices, ensuring they have an excellent knowledge of our partners and are making the most effective use of them.As an industry lead, your knowledge and passion to motivate and drive performance of lifestyle managers, operational teams and the platform should consistently be shared. You (and in turn the travel commercial team) should always be up to date with current travel market trends, what competitors are delivering and what our members are obtaining.You will think ahead to develop and execute new Travel commercial strategies and processes ensuring growth of travel commercial relationships leading to enhanced team revenues and member experiences.You have to have the ability to drive and implement new travel innovations and changes with support and buy in from senior stakeholders across the business.Requirements

  • Luxury hotels or tour operator experience is a must. We need someone with a strong travel background and negotiating at high-level project management; being able to manage highly complex global projects with multi-stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong travel commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth
  • An understanding of hotel and service distribution and inventory management
  • Connection with suppliers within US and Canada is highly preferred
  • Experience creating and delivering client-facing presentations. Candidates must have experience in pitching decks
  • Account management: to interact with Senior stakeholders building trust and loyalty, ensuring you deliver on all requirement agreed, point of escalation and present new business initiatives
  • Broad working knowledge of key travel brands and partners globally across various travel segments
  • Analytical decision-maker: using performance data and leadership skills to drive results
  • Understanding of the OTA (online travel agency) distribution, wholesaler net rate's structure, concierge and luxury operating model in travel
  • Proven track record of procuring relationships and negotiating offers within the travel industry. Able to develop and implement new negotiation ideas and to think outside the box
  • You will have a natural "entrepreneurial mentality", treating partners as your own and identifying sales opportunities in markets or because travel market changes and client's needsBenefitsAside from regular Medical, Dental, Vision and others we have other benefits listed below.
