Comprehensive Eyecare Partners (CEP) is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, (FP&A Manager). A role on our Analytics team is an opportunity to gain significant transaction and mergers and acquisition experience, working with highly seasoned professionals at a rapidly growing company backed by a private equity fund.Compensation is commensurate with level of experience, skills, and education.Essential Duties:

  • Oversee FP&A staff and the work product delivered by the team
  • Attend meetings to discuss information needs / analyses for the Company
  • Lead complex analytics projects and oversee the gathering and storing of raw data in our internal Data warehouse
  • Prepare and analyze complex financial and operational data and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
  • Analysis and dissemination of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
  • Budget-to-actual variance analysis on KPIs
  • Design and deliver concise KPI dashboards to management for review
  • Oversee integration of newly acquired entities, including:
  • Direct communication with management team during integration process
  • Coordination of training in new systems and incorporation of clinical data into the consolidated datasets
  • Ad hoc analysis on internal and external operational opportunities, process optimization, and capital expenditures
  • Performs other duties as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS(Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
    • Financial modeling, data analytics, and project management skills
    • Must be highly proficient in such systems as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
    • PowerPivot experience preferred
    • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Prophix, and other FP&A forecasting tools preferred
    • Ability to develop concise and meaningful presentations and communicate findings professionally with all levels of management
    • Ability to work with numerous stakeholders and department managers in RCM, FP&A, IT and Operations to gather information and knowledge to complete various strategic objectives

      • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience required, including but not limited to investment banking, strategy consulting, business/corporate development, private equity, payer/health plan/provider environment
      • 5+ years of managing a team preferred
      • Bachelors degree required. Major in business, finance, or economics preferred
      • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, particularly with physician services organizations
      • Self-directed, organizes and prioritizes work and manages multiple tasks and assignments. Manages time well and performs assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy, and follow-through with minimal supervision.
      • Deals with confidential information in a professional manner. Skilled at working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, team environment.As this opportunity may be remote, interested candidates should reside in the states that CEP is incorporated to do business in.
