Job Description:

RightBound is set to reinvent sales development for B2B companies.

We are looking for motivated sales development professionals who want to shift their career toward customer success.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, and leverage your own sales experience, to help our customers build better sales development using our AI-based platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of accounts and manage their onboarding, success, and retention
  • Consult customers on how to improve their sales development efforts using our AI-based platform
  • Learn and fully understand customers' needs and actively solve their pain points
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer needs to design the future of the product

    Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years experience in a tech startup (preferably SaaS)
    • Previous Sales Development experience
    • Strong technical and analytical skills (BI experience is a plus)
    • Excellent writer and communicator with strong presentation skills via phone, online and in-person
    • "Get it done" mindset, going above and beyond to make our customer successful
    • Account management, project management experience is a big plus
    • Experience working at an international company - a plus
