our PubTeam is still relatively small, we're looking for a
Publisher Development Rep who will join the team and take advantage
of it and grow their book of business. Publishers chose Madrivo

service. The publisher development team provides the ideal
combination of extensive opportunities, a robust business
development team, and an intimate group of PDMs working together
with a common goal. As the Senior Publisher Development Manager at
Madrivo, you will be able to build strong relationships with top
publishers and grow their business while also propelling your
career. The ideal candidate for this role is a charismatic,
energetic and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a
passion for success. The client's position requires an individual
to have relationships and contacts with direct publishers across
the digital landscape as well as the skillset and desire to
prospect and vet new publishers to bring on board. The Sr. PDM
possesses a deep knowledge of industry trends, terms and

Responsibilities
- Build a highly profitable publisher book of business across a
diverse set of traffic types and verticals
- Prospect, qualify, and sign up publishers
- Consultatively work with publishers to identify needs and
position the right offers/solutions to help them grow
- Partner with business development to bring in the right offers
to meet to supply of leads and capture a greater share of wallet
from publishers
- Identify market trends and understand client business goals to
determine ideal solutions
- Work collaboratively with an international team to drive
revenue growth with new and existing customers
- Manage a sales pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Exceed monthly sales quota
- Qualify and attend shows, conferences, and leading eventsKey
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 7-10+ years of experience in performance marketing with an
emphasis on the supply or publisher side of the business
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients,
management, and peers
- An existing book of business and/or existing relationships with
digital publishers is a plus
- Proven ability to close new business and forge new publisher
relationships with the 'right' decision makers
- Ability to multi-task and handle priorities
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry
- Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
- Ability to talk to both business and operations ranks
- Excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic and
charismatic
- Resourceful and tech-oriented
- Actively participate in all phases of account maintenance and
development and work with internal Account Management and Ad
Operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to include multiple partners and members of the
management team, using competitive selling to position company
products against direct and indirect competitors
- Strong negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level
enterprise business
