place.Job DescriptionCreate and review technical design
documentation to ensure development is being built and tested
according to technical standardsProvide technical feasibility
assessments and scoping for projects and product supportWork on
complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires
in-depth knowledge of Medable and Medable's products and
servicesAdept at handling complex interactions with key
stakeholders for Medable's customersTrack to detailed project plans
to ensure deliverables are complete on timeCoordinate project
implementations and product configurations for client
accountsDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsEstablish
and teach customer support practices and proceduresEffectively
prioritizes own and workload of other team membersEffectively uses
Medable's software and other systems and solutions required to
support customers and projectsStudy other customer success programs
and analyze customer data to identify the best practicesEstablish
and manage technical timelines in accordance with overall project
plans, driving them to timely completionHas in-depth understanding
and knowledge of Medable's software and the use cases of Medable's
solution in the marketParticipate in meetings with decision-makers,
systems owners, and end-users to document business requirements and
goalsProvide training on products and customizationsHelp customers
plan and identify the best ways to utilize the softwareEducate
customers on the capabilities of the softwareProactively identifies
and addresses issues or risksQualificationsBachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years
of direct experience in Technical Project Management or a
combination of education and experienceExcellent verbal and written
communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical
concepts into simple termsExperience in requirement, analysis,
design, development, testing, and implementation of
softwareProficiency in-app publication processTechnical management
and understanding of client and vendor relationshipsStrong
interpersonal skills and leadershipStrong project management
skillsPrior track record working leading project implementations
and product configurations for client accounts on this
levelKnowledge of customer service practicesTechnical aptitude and
ability to learn software programsTeam playerGood time-management
skillsExperience working in the clinical trial industry
(preferred)Git, Confluence, Postman, Terminal (command
