Job Description:
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager in Las Vegas, NV
for one of our largest hospitality clients! This person will be
directly overseeing and responsible for the front of house
technology division of the project management office. They will be
managing property management, food & beverage, sales/catering,
retail, nightlife, hotel operations, and marketing system upgrades.
This person will be the first level of escalations for any issues
that arise and be the main support for project managers. They will
help facilitate meetings, and present to C suite executives. They
will look through project plans and use their in-depth knowledge to
help identify gaps, look at policies, processes, procedures, and to
help strategize and recommend solutions
--- Experience working in hotel operations, gaming operations,
and/or hotel sales and catering
--- PMP certification
--- 3+ years of experience in a Sr. Project Manager role or program
manager role
--- Leadership experience managing direct reports, doing training,
and mentoring for project managers
--- Hotel Industry OR Hospitality IT Project/Program Management
experience, where they supported installs, enhancements,
migrations, upgrades, or implementations
--- Experience with managing projects with interfaces to third
party developers & vendors
--- Strong documentation experience with SharePoint or similar
tools
--- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project .
