• Company in growth mode due to several large new clientsWhat You Will Be DoingAs our first sales hire you will have a greenfield opportunity to establish sales process and tools, personally hunt for new logos and build out a small sales team (2-3 over the next year).
  • Identify and implement sales tools including CRM
  • Identify prospects and develop sales pipeline
  • Own sales lifecycle including business development, opportunity qualification, preparation of bids through closing
  • Build and lead a sales team. Establish sales targets and lead team to exceed them
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for accountsWhat You Need for this Position
    • 5+ years experience in sales
    • Successful track recored of exceeding quotas/goals
    • Prior experience identifying and implementing a CRM and/or sales tools strongly preferred
    • Either experience OR desire to build/lead a teamBonus Points
      • Prior experience with healthcare, education, staffing/recruitment or background checks
