Job Description:

The Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the financial decision-making of the Property and providing strategic financial input to senior management. Responsibilities

• Execute the financial strategy of the property
• Oversee the property's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures
• Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the property
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred) and 10+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous property opening experience required
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
