Duties/Responsibilities:Oversee and manage one or more projects Implement highly developed skills in client and consultant communications and coordinationCreate project scheduling and milestone deliveryManage project team's utilization based on project feesUtilize strong understanding of building systems and technical detailingExecute the construction administration phase of projectsReview shop drawings and submittals for compliance to specificationsProcess RFI's and submittalsResponsible for the complete integration of design intent and technical aspects of the projectResponsible for setting team goals and follow throughMonitor the performance of the project team to assure that the Firm's quality standards and design goals are being met Lead project related meeting and discussionsProvide mentorship and be able to direct work to team membersDevelop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business Participate and teach company initiatives

Requirements:
Required Skills/Abilities: 7+ years of experience required A professional degree in architecture or interior design (License if Project Architect)Proficiency in AutoCADUnderstanding of RevitProficiency of Model Building Codes and other regulatory agenciesStrong leadership and communication skillsStrong problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow throughAgility and flexibility. Must be a team player that can handle multiple tasksDesire to work on all phases of a project through construction completionPI183203748
