needs a self-motivated, experienced Project Manager with a track
record for successful development, implementation and management of
initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience with
change management and be able to see through all phases and
resources of a project from design to close. They will work
directly with the business leaders to ensure deliverables fall
within the applicable scope, timeline and budget. They will
coordinate with subject matter experts, stakeholders and other
departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities
- Project management excellence that includes appropriate
scoping, reporting, risk management and issue escalation
- Partner with Commercial leadership to form project teams,
establish objectives, roles and responsibilities
- Stakeholder and change management for buy-in and integration of
processes, deliverables, technologies and roles/responsibilities
into existing teams and infrastructure
- Communicate and track milestones using effective project
management skills/tools
- Communicate action due dates and track/monitor progress and
performance
- Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all
cross-functional team members
- Lead changes to commercial processes and systems to ensure
optimal launch
- Monitor project performance with the commercial team (and cross
functions as relevant) and provide regular reports on agreed
regional milestones/KPIs
- Maintain shared repository of key project files and keeps
access lists and file structures up to date
- Prepare or ensure preparation of presentations and documents
requested by the commercial team to support communication of
project goals, progress and results
- Drive, manage and coordinate numerous projects within possible
constraints of human and financial resources and changing
priorities to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Manage and track projects for critical events in the
annual/quarterly planning cycles
- Ensure consistent planning and execution across all projects
with alignment to commercial and corporate wide goals
- Participate in partner conversations and meetings as necessary
to ensure alignment, efficient execution and compliance
- Facilitate cross-functional team workshops to map current state
processes, identify opportunities, pressure test strategies, and
define solutions Qualifications
- Requires a BS degree (MS or MBA preferred) with a minimum of 5
years' experience in project management
- PMP Certification preferred
- Knowledge of, and exposure to, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical
Affairs, Market Access, Marketing and Sales
- Well-developed presentation skills, executive presence and
confidence in communication and delivering messaging at all levels
within the organization
- Strong project management and follow-up skills in
cross-functional environment with the ability to organize and
complete multiple projects efficiently and on time
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills-able to
explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project This role can be
in-office or hybrid into our Headquarters in Charlotte, NC or
Remote within the US, with some travel to Charlotte required
