Job Description:6-8 Years of experience with Test Data Management with a TDM ToolSupports and Execute the Test Data Management services at an organization level.--- Thorough understanding of the CA Test Data Manager tool and/or other ETL tools.--- Working background using database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server databases with expertise in SQL.--- Define test data strategy at an organization level.--- Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy.--- Direct input into setting strategic direction for the space.--- Define and advise internal and external standards, methods and procedures for Test Data Management.--- Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided.--- Ability to establish, report, and manage various metrics to effectively manage team--- Thorough understanding of Test Data Management concepts.Good To Have:--- Data analysis with ability to write complex SQL statements including XML parsing.--- Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure and tool vendors to resolve issues.--- Risk mitigation and escalation management.About CapgeminiCapgemini is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
