Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Nevada, Virginia and the DC/ Maryland area - and has recently expanded through partnerships to Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Mexico and North Carolina. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families' convenience.We are seeking a Center Manager to support our growth. Under the direction of the Administrative, the Center Manager will provide administrative assistance, greet guests, and schedule tours.ResponsibilitiesEnsure safety in the centerMaintain Staff Schedules within Central ReachHelp to maintain room schedulingOversee Pickup and Drop off of centerAssist with gathering of materials to be sent home each dayOwn any needed repairs or clean up on same business day, and notify Administrative DirectorCarry out routine clerical, housekeeping and transportation duties to ensure smooth running of the centerAct as a substitute for absent MSO staff as neededStep in to address ad hoc needs as necessaryQualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ABA methodology knowledge and experience
  • Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
