About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst in Global Treasury Management as part of Commercial Banking.   • Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management Sales consultants
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
  • Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers Required Qualifications, US:
    • 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
      • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
      • Experience with treasury management products and services
      • A BS/BA degree or higher
      • Strong sales skills
      • Client support experience
      • Business-to-business sales experience
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Solid negotiation skills
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
      • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas Job Expectations:
        • Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise/LOB guidance, currently 3 days in office weekly. Job Locations: Preferred locations are listed in posting. Salary range is determined by the location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
